Telangana Govt plans to deliver Medicines to remote areas using drones

HYDERABAD: The Telangana government, had made an attraction to exempt Directorate General of Civil Aviation (DGCA) guidelines which limit the drone operators from delivering medicines

The authorities have taken this choice with an aim to deliver drug treatments too far off areas like Karimnagar and Adilabad.

But consistent with clause 12.18 of DGCA, a drone can't be accepted to airdrop the medication or any substance till they have special clearance from Unmanned Aircraft Operator Permit (UAOP). Added to that, any drone can't be operated above the visible line of sight (VLOS), which is the variety of eyesight.

Delivering the medication to human beings residing in far-flung regions, and the authorities have taken up this initiation as the delivery of drug treatments thru drones can make a first-rate fantastic impact at the lives of humans living in far-flung regions, and the authorities can prevent loss of lives because of lack of drugs.
